Modern Slavery Policy Statement

Effective Date: Monday 12th May 2025

RE:POINT

1. Introduction

RE:POINT is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain. This statement sets out the steps we take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our operations or through any of our partners or contractors.

2. Our Business

RE:POINT provides flexible workspace and property services to landlords and tenants. While we are not a large employer or manufacturer, we recognise that property services—particularly outsourced maintenance, cleaning, and construction—carry a risk of labour exploitation.

3. Our Commitment

We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and expect the same high standards from our suppliers and partners. We do not tolerate modern slavery in any form.

4. Due Diligence

We carry out due diligence when taking on new suppliers or partners, particularly those who provide:

·      Facilities management

·      Maintenance and repairs

·      Construction or fit-out services

This includes reviewing their own policies and practices related to ethical labour standards.

5. Our Expectations

We expect all organisations we work with to:

·      Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015

·      Take steps to identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery

·      Pay staff fairly and ensure safe working conditions

·      Provide training where appropriate on recognising signs of modern slavery

6. Risk Assessment

Our key risk areas include:

·      Third-party suppliers in property operations

·      Contractors and temporary labour in site-based services

We regularly review these relationships to reduce risks.

7. Training and Awareness

We provide guidance to relevant staff on:

·      Identifying risks of modern slavery

·      Reporting concerns

·      Working only with trusted partners

·

8. Reporting Concerns

We encourage all staff, suppliers, and contractors to report any concerns about modern slavery or unethical practices. Reports can be made confidentially to:

Info@wearerepoint.com

9. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in law, guidance, or operational structure.
